The Evolution-U Spa Academy 'Running a Top Performing Spa Team' training is a "how to" training covering all the core content your spa therapists receptionists have taken in their Evolution-U Spa Academy trainings, and "how to" make sure they have learnt the skills and are using them to ensure that your spa get the most out of this investment, and you perform at the top range of revenue expectations.

There are 12 'topics', each a subject of importance supported by videos, top tips and articles. As detailed in each section, these topics were learnt by either your therapist and/or reception teams. In this training the spa manager will become familiar with both the content and the expectations we have of the team in using it.

The key difference between this spa manager training and the trainings taken by your therapists and receptionists, are the many exercises, role plays and knowledge reviews which are supplied.
